Bodyrock May challenge WEEK 1 DAY 1
I started the new BR challenge a week late because it started right in the middle of work training & general meeting and I did not have the time. So I started on a tuesday since the first week also started on a tuesday & that way I just follow but a week behind. Anyways all I have to say is, thank god for those beginner modifications ! The fit test kicked my ass so I am afraid to how the rest of challenge will go :)
SOOO here are my scores hihi
BR BEGINNER FIT TEST 50/10 X3
1. SQUATS 28-24-24
2. PUSH UPS 10-10-10
3. TRICEP DIPS 27-22-16
4. ABS 14-15-17
& then I did the BR FLOW TEST. I like the idea of yoga :) its just a nice way to stretch out and feel better after the BURN !!!
& I also did randomabs.com workout for today
10 double crunch + 10 side bends + 10 bicycles x 3
It feels great to workout and get the energy flowing. Going up the mountain for the 3rd time in a row. I love going there its so fun ! Hard on the ass & I just want to be able to make it up there faster and faster every time ! Everyday that it’s nice out I am hoping to make my way up there !!
& I am going home tomorrow for a few days ! Get to see my mommy :) yay !

Workout for today :)
Hey guys :)
I’m trying to keep up with my tumblr a bit more. Forgot how many inspirational people are on here. Pinterest has been taking up most of my time hehe.
Anyways I took the time to workout this morning. I plan on adding morning workouts to my routine on my days off. I’ve been logging my workouts in a journal at home but I thought I could start sharing :)
So for this morning:
- Warm Up
- ZWOW # 9 10min (managed to get 2 reps in 10 min…)
- Modified Santana Push Ups x10
- Spike Plyo Tucks x10
- Crab Toe Touches x30
- Low Jacks x20
- Random abs ( Strongly recommend checking out randomabs.com ! AWESOME )
- 9 leg lifts + 45s side plank (I can only do 15s) + 10 pendulums + 10 side lifts x 2
- NTC 15 min bonus stretch routine. Another App that I recommend. Nike girls are super motivating and have awesome workouts.
I have a lot of cleaning to do today but I’m hoping to go running later and maybe a little bit of yoga or pilates in the evening. I am really loving this energized feeling I am getting from working out more and eating better.
I’m also thinking about trying the Dukan diet. I’m doing a lot reading & research on it & I’m liking what I read. Plus a girl at work is on her 4th week of the Dukan diet & seeing great results & learning how to eat clean. I think that’s what I need to get more into clean eating.
